1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pinnacle Suite (“the Service”), operated by Remaccs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Pinnacle Suite provides cloud-based business management software including point of sale, finance and accounting, human resources, and procurement modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Enterprise-level features. After the trial, your account enters a 7-day grace period in read-only mode. No data is deleted during the grace period. Subscribe to restore full access.
5. Payment
Subscriptions are billed in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). We accept bank transfers, cheques, Wave mobile money, and cash. Annual plans are billed once per year. No refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion.
