Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pinnacle Suite (“the Service”), operated by Remaccs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Pinnacle Suite provides cloud-based business management software including point of sale, finance and accounting, human resources, and procurement modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Enterprise-level features. After the trial, your account enters a 7-day grace period in read-only mode. No data is deleted during the grace period. Subscribe to restore full access.
5. Payment
Subscriptions are billed in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). We accept bank transfers, cheques, Wave mobile money, and cash. Annual plans are billed once per year. No refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or our systems; reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service without our written consent; upload malicious code; or use the Service in a way that disrupts it for other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual Property
Pinnacle Suite, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Remaccs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business — they do not transfer ownership of the software itself.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remaccs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment beyond the grace period described in Section 4, or as required by law. On termination, Section 6 (Data Ownership) governs how your data is handled.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Gambia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
